This is the best website out there on adoption. It offers information regarding adoption law by state, lists of adoption agencies and attorneys, land lists of books and other adoption-related resources. This site also has links to other websites and message boards. It is a great starting point and will take you where you need to go to find any information on adoption.

This site is where most of the domestic agencies post their adoptive couple profiles (for birth parents to search). It will give you an idea about what you will put together if you adopt domestically.

This gives some personal experiences from mostly adoptive parents but it has blogs from other perspectives too (like adoptees and birth parents).
