Nicholas' Story

During our stay in Houston (where Nicholas was born), we wanted to be able to keep friends and family updated on the latest news without having to actually talk to any of them. At the end of each day, we wrote a brief journal entry and posted fresh pictures.

When we finally brought Nicholas home, we were blown away by the number of people who were actually following our adoption via the web site. By the time Nicholas finally arrived in Virginia, he was a local celebrity! The outpouring of love and support for all of us when we returned home was overwhelming. Nicholas was getting gifts from people we did not even know…friends of friends of friends who were reading the site.
